A four bedroom, 7 person holiday home in a rural setting on the outskirts of Botley with easy access to beautiful countryside and the delightful villages of south central Hampshire. The river Hamble is on the doorstep and the historic city of Winchester is only half an hour away.
PROPERTY OVERVIEW
Completed in late 2015 this converted grade II listed barn provides everything you need for a relaxing break.
The large, well equipped kitchen has a farmhouse dining table, a few steps up lead into an open plan double height living area with wood burning stove, TV and plenty of comfortable seating.
There are two ground floor double bedrooms with en-suite shower rooms. Upstairs a generous double bedroom and single bedroom share a bathroom and seating area off the landing.
There is ample parking in the gravel courtyard behind the barn and guests have access to a covered outdoor seating area and garden beyond.
Guests have a private garden. Owners Peter & Fiona Hudd live next door and are on hand to ensure you enjoy your stay.

You enter direct from the courtyard parking area into the large, stone floored kitchen with farmhouse dining table.
The kitchen is equipped with a range cooker with induction hob, microwave, larder unit with integral fridge and separate small freezer, dishwasher and washing machine.
LIVING ROOM
The spacious open plan living area provides plenty of space to sit and relax with comfortable sofas, wood burning stove and smart TV and views out to the courtyard beyond.
SLEEPING ACCOMMODATION
Sleeping accommodation is arranged over two floors. The two ground floor double bedrooms have en-suite shower rooms.
At first floor there is a large bedroom with kingsize bed and a good sized single bedroom. These two rooms share a large bathroom with over-bath shower.

Enjoy the peace and quiet of the sunny garden with views out over the fields behind and relaxed al fresco dining, BBQ available for your use.
SURROUNDINGS
There are lovely walks through the River Hamble Country Park and a 15 minute stroll will take you into Botley itself where there are local shops and restaurants.
There's much to explore in this part of Hampshire and you are within striking distance of the South Downs Way, lovely villages in the Meon Valley and New Forest as well as the cities of Winchester and Chichester nearby.
The Ageas Bowl, home of Hampshire Cricket, is a few minutes drive away. There is easy access into Southampton and ferries to the Isle of Wight for day trips.
